Johri was born in Laos, immigrated with her spouse and children to the United States in the 1980s and grew up in Stockton. Training, she mentioned, was a tangible career she was drawn to due to the fact of the teachers who served as job designs and created an impression on her throughout childhood. But technology was an field that could help elevate her monetarily, she said.
She started as a software tester, but she experienced a knack for project management, which produced even far more over the many years alongside with her enthusiasm for engineering. She admits she wasn’t intrigued by engineering at initially.
